About Two x2
A number-merging puzzle that borrows the doubling from 2048 and throws away the sliding. Instead of pushing a whole grid around, you draw a line through matching numbers. The longer the line, the bigger the score and the bigger the tile it leaves behind.
How to play
- Connect matching numbers into a line to merge them.
- Longer lines score more, so extending a chain beats taking the first match you see.
- Every merge leaves behind a new tile of double the value.
- The run ends when there are no connections left to make.
Tips
- Chase length, not speed. Two short merges through the same tiles score less than one long line through all of them.
- Keep your biggest numbers grouped in one area. Scattered high tiles are the quickest route to a board with no moves left.
