About Chess Master 3D
A 3D chess board with the conveniences a casual client should have: several AI difficulty levels, a step-back function, a flat 2D board for when the perspective gets in the way, and a friend on the same device if you would rather not play the computer at all.
How to play
- Standard chess, played against the computer or against a friend.
- Several AI difficulty levels are available to choose between.
- The board can be shown in 3D or switched to a flat 2D view.
- A step-back function lets you take a move back.
- Camera settings can be adjusted to suit how you want to see the board.
Tips
- Use the flat board for anything serious. Perspective hides diagonals, and most pieces missed in 3D chess are bishops.
- Treat the step-back function as a study tool. Taking a move back to understand why it failed is worth far more than taking it back to avoid losing.
