About Mahjong Sweet Easter
Mahjong matching with two complications, a clock and tiles that fall when whatever was under them is removed. Gravity turns a game about reading a static stack into one about not collapsing your own board, which is a far bigger change than the Easter dressing suggests.
How to play
- Match identical tiles in pairs to remove them from the field.
- Removing tiles lets the ones above fall into the space.
- A timer runs, so the layout has to be cleared at pace.
- Layouts follow one another in sequence.
Tips
- Think one collapse ahead. A pair that looks obvious can drop two other tiles into positions where neither has a partner left anywhere.
- Where the same tile has two possible partners, take the one that disturbs fewest others. Under a clock, an unplanned collapse costs more time than the pair was worth.
