About Slaky Ball - Touch Ball Game
A timing game wearing the clothes of a colour-matching one. A ball tracks back and forth along the bottom of the screen while others fall towards it, and the only thing you decide is the moment to fire. Two misses end the run, so the margin is thinner than the presentation suggests.
How to play
- A ball moves along the bottom of the screen while coloured balls fall from above.
- The publisher documents a colour button in the lower-left corner as the input, used when the moving ball lines up with a falling one.
- Connecting scores; a miss costs half of your life.
- Two misses end the run.
Tips
- Commit to the ball you already have lined up rather than the one you would prefer. Half a life per miss means an optimistic attempt costs exactly as much as a hopeless one.
- Watch the bottom ball complete a full sweep before firing. Its path repeats, and knowing where it will be beats reacting to where it is.
