How to play

• The publisher documents dragging as the way blocks are moved around the board.
• Two blocks showing the same number merge into a single larger one.
• Merging is also how space is recovered, since two occupied cells become one.
• Play continues for as long as the board still has moves left in it.

Tips

• Merge in a chain rather than in isolated pairs. Arranging things so a newly made block immediately meets its twin is worth several separate merges.
• Keep the big numbers along one edge. A high value stranded in the middle obstructs movement in four directions instead of two.
