About Jelly Bomb

A limited-ammunition chain reaction puzzle. Jelly has to be cleared off the table and you are given only a few drops of remover to do it with, so each drop is chosen for what it will set off rather than for what it lands on. Placement is the entire game.

How to play

• Jelly covers the surface at the start of each board.
• A small number of remover drops is all you get.
• A drop clears what it touches and can start a chain reaction through the rest.
• The board is solved when the jelly is gone and lost if the drops run out first.

Tips

• Aim at the densest cluster rather than the nearest one. In chain puzzles a well-placed first drop is worth several later ones.
• If a board leaves you one drop short, the mistake was almost certainly the first drop rather than the last. Restart instead of trying to rescue it.
