About Fancy Diver
A collapse puzzle with a rescue timer attached. Removing groups of coral drops everything above them and the divers below rise as the board empties, which makes every clear a decision about where the board should sag. Oxygen is the clock and it is not a generous one.
How to play
- Groups of three or more matching corals can be removed; the publisher documents a single pointer action on the group as the input.
- Removing a group collapses the board above it and lifts the divers underneath.
- Every diver has to reach the top of the screen before their oxygen runs out.
- Large groups earn mines and other bonuses.
Tips
- Clear beneath a diver rather than wherever the biggest group happens to be. Progress is measured in how far they rise, not in coral removed.
- Save the mines for a board that has fragmented into small scattered patches. That is precisely the state ordinary clears cannot fix.
