About Mumble Jumble
A five-letter anagram game with two ways of being timed. Endless gives you a fixed window per word and continues as long as you keep solving; Time mode hands you a single block and counts how many you get through. A handful of skips per game is the only mercy on offer.
How to play
- Each round scrambles a five-letter word for you to unscramble.
- Endless mode allows twenty seconds per word and runs until one of them beats you.
- Time mode gives you three minutes and counts the words solved inside it.
- Three skips are available per game for words that will not come.
Tips
- Look for the likely ending first. Five-letter words overwhelmingly finish on a small set of patterns, and fixing the tail often reveals the rest at once.
- Skip early rather than late. A word you have stared at for ten seconds is usually one you were not going to get, and the skip buys two fresh ones instead.
