About PicPu-Dog
A block picture puzzle in the jigsaw tradition, with dogs as the subject. The pieces are square rather than interlocking, which removes the shape hints a real jigsaw gives you and leaves the image as the only clue. Pleasant, undemanding, and over in a few minutes.
How to play
- Choose a picture to work on.
- The blocks start out of position and have to be returned to where they belong.
- The picture is complete once every block sits in the right place.
Tips
- Find the blocks holding an eye, a nose or a strong edge first. Patches of plain fur are far easier to place once the landmarks are down.
- Square pieces give you no shape information at all, so sort by colour and tone before trying to place anything.
