A single-idea puzzle. A thread has to be stretched around every screw on the board and there is one way of doing it. The publisher's description is one sentence long, which is about right, because the idea is instantly clear and all of the difficulty sits in the routing.

How to play

• Each board sets out a group of screws and a length of thread.
• Stretch the thread so that it takes in every screw on the board.
• The board is solved once no screw has been left out.

Tips

• Start from the screws on the outside. Ones near a corner have very few routes through them, and settling those shrinks the rest of the problem for free.
• If a board resists, change the order you take the screws in rather than the shape of the path. The order is the variable that matters here.
