About Battleship War Multiplayer
Battleship against another person rather than a computer, with points and purchasable power-ups layered over the top. The grid game underneath is unchanged, but being able to buy an advantage changes what a turn is worth, which is more than this format usually asks anyone to think about.
How to play
- Two fleets sit on grids that the other player cannot see.
- Sink every one of the opponent's ships to take the match.
- Points collected during play buy special power-ups.
- Matches are played against other people rather than the computer.
Tips
- Spend a power-up when you are already close, not when you are stuck. Extra information is worth most when you have somewhere to put it.
- Notice how your opponent is searching. Somebody firing at random is somebody you can afford to take your time against.
