About Space War
A space shooter with a genuinely unusual second mode: you fire using the microphone. It is a gimmick, but it is a gimmick nobody else is running, and it changes what the game tests from timing into something much stranger. The conventional mode is there as well.
How to play
- Fly your ship and shoot the enemies coming down at you.
- One mode plays as a conventional space shooter.
- The other mode uses your device's microphone as the firing input.
- The publisher says it runs on both desktop and mobile.
Tips
- Play the standard mode first so you know what the game is asking before you add an unreliable input on top of it.
- Microphone input has latency and picks up the whole room. Use the voice mode somewhere quiet, and expect to fire earlier than feels right.
