Ludo, the race-your-four-tokens-home board game, in bright colours and set up for a group crowded around one screen. Solo play is there, but the design clearly expects a phone being passed around a table and somebody complaining about the dice.
How to play
- Roll the die and move one of your four tokens that many spaces.
- Landing on an opponent's token sends it back to the start.
- Getting all four of your tokens around the board and home wins.
- Solo play and pass-and-play on the same device are both available.
Tips
- Spreading your tokens is safer than pushing one far ahead. A single leading token is a single easy target.
- The tempting move is not always the longest one. Getting another token out of the start early gives you choices later that one sprint never will.
