A toilet-humour action game with an unusually specific premise: you are a pill inside a man's intestine and your job is to clear it of monsters before his date goes wrong. Seven levels, five minutes each, two endings, and a second mode that unlocks only once the story is finished.

How to play

• You play as a pill inside the man who swallowed you and clear the monsters you find there.
• Each level runs on a five-minute limit, and there are seven of them.
• Story Mode is the starting point; Crap Hysteria Mode unlocks only after Story Mode is finished.
• The game has two different endings.

Tips

• Treat the five minutes as the real opponent. A level lost on the clock costs the same as a level lost badly, and the timer does not care which.
• Finish Story Mode before touching the harder mode. The publisher's own warning about frustration is the most informative line in its description.
