About Wall Painter
A coverage puzzle dressed up as decorating. Every space on the building has to be painted, and the route you take decides whether you can finish at all, since painting yourself into a corner leaves a patch nothing can reach. The premise is trivial. The routing is not.
How to play
- Each level presents a building with unpainted spaces on it.
- Cover every one of those spaces to complete the level.
- Missing a spot leaves the level unfinished, so the order you work in is the puzzle.
Tips
- Plan the route before starting, and plan it to end at an edge. Coverage puzzles are lost by finishing in the middle with a gap behind you.
- If one space looks awkward to reach, take it first. The easy areas will still be reachable later; that one will not be.
