About Puppets Cemetery

A top-down Halloween shooter with a single ambition: shoot more puppets than you did last time. Movement and aim sit on separate inputs, which is where the depth comes from. You retreat in one direction while firing in another, and the pumpkin-strewn arena decides how much room you get.

How to play

• Move with either the WASD cluster or the arrow keys.
• Aim and fire with the mouse, independently of the direction you are moving.
• Pick up weapons lying in the arena with the right mouse button, the E key or the spacebar.
• The objective is a score: shoot as many puppets as you can before you go down.

Tips

• Move and shoot in opposite directions. Twin-input top-down shooters exist for precisely this, and standing still to aim is how runs end.
• Grab weapon pickups on the way past rather than detouring to them. A pickup is only worth the seconds it does not cost you.
