About Final Freeway 2R
The follow-up to Final Freeway, and much the same 80s arcade racer with two additions worth having: you choose a character, and you choose your path as the route branches. There is also a rival who will beat you to the checkpoint if you let him.
How to play
- Pick a character before you start.
- Drive each stage and reach the checkpoint before the clock runs out.
- Choose your path where the route branches.
- A challenger races you, so the clock is not the only thing to beat.
Tips
- Branching routes mean the fastest line is a choice rather than a skill. Try a different path before deciding a stage is too hard.
- Time lost in the first half of a stage is what costs you checkpoints. The final stretch is too short to recover a bad opening.
