About Cycle Extreme
Downhill mountain biking on slopes steep enough that the bike does a fair amount of the deciding. Twenty levels, each with obstacles and holes placed where speed is most tempting. Three stars are awarded for finishing quickly, so the game is asking for the fast line rather than the survivable one.
How to play
- Ride a bicycle down steep mountain tracks.
- Obstacles and holes are placed along the route, and going into one ends the attempt.
- Twenty levels are on offer, each rated up to three stars.
- Stars are awarded for finishing quickly.
Tips
- Learn a track before racing it. Three stars is a second run's goal, not a first run's.
- Braking early costs less than braking late. On a downhill course the holes tend to sit just past the point where you could still have stopped.
