About Babel Tower
An incremental game about building the Tower of Babel with a crew of miners, masons and lumberjacks. You start doing everything yourself and finish watching a machine you assembled run without you, which is the entire arc of the genre, executed neatly.
How to play
- Gather stone and timber, process them into bricks, and add floors to the tower.
- Each new floor unlocks machines that take over work you were previously doing by hand.
- Sell surplus resources at the market to fund upgrades.
- Restarting the tower awards Golden Bricks, which permanently boost production and raise market prices.
- Time spent away accumulates a bonus you can spend on speeding things up.
Tips
- Reset earlier than feels comfortable. Golden Bricks compound, so a fast restart usually beats grinding one tower to its ceiling.
- Buy automation before raw output. Anything that removes manual work is worth more across a session than a bigger number on one resource.
